have considered for dimensioning the
minimum creepage distances.2.
The pollution degrees specified for the clear-
ances, and its quoted allocation locations,
is also applicable for creepage distances. This because the actual voltage ground determined the insulation resistance
and capacitive reactance each conductor ground; thus, low (but acceptable) insulation resistance one con-
ductor can effect ground and raise the other two full conductor-to-conductor voltage ground.3 and F.4
