10 Maintaining the product
For safe charging station operation, the following maintenance work and
checks must carried out:

Restart the charging operation after 2
hours. Switch off
the charging station advance and
ensure de-energisation.
Charging station has overheated.
Switch the charging station using the
on/off switch key switch. After device exchange, the whole

Restart the charging operation.
Vehicle-side electronic error.

DC error current detected.
Replace the surge protection. the error
occurs again, contact Customer Service.
Remove the charging cable from the
vehicle, switch off the charging station
using the on/off switch key switch.
Charging station requires spatial
ventilation. Replace the safety fuse (ESKA 521. Switch the
vehicle off.017). Switch off
the charging station advance and
ensure de-energisation.
Charging station defective.

Integrated surge protection V10
Compact defective.
Remove the charging cable from the
vehicle. See also the
mounting instructions for the V10 Com-
pact. After device
exchange, the whole system must be
inspected, see Chapter „10 Maintaining

Contact Customer Service for the necessary spare parts.

Charging station not switched
on. Remove the
charging cable from the vehicle. Ensure sufficient ventilation.
Charging station continues to
function but without surge protec-
tion.

Charging operation cancelled.
Safety fuse has tripped.
Replace the surge protection
