3 Manual coils Linearization
All coil calibration does assign specific current/position value the two end switches
in Ampere. For the following steps, recommend positioning someone the regu-
lator read the actual values and set the coil the desired value for linearization.
Linear error
Linear error the potentiometer
The error should smaller than 2%.
Figure 61: Starting point for manual linearization
We recommend following the below linearization procedure:
0 Adjust the P-coils manually the lower end position. Larger deviations are sign error the poten-
tiometer faulty connection.
The hysteresis only compensated the coil controlled the regulator. doesn’t work
if the coil adjusted externally (directly the motor drive unit).Page Commissioning
We take care it. the scaling the P-coil's mechanical display not linear, the regulation has
to linearized.
This figure displays the distances the P-coil’s scale in-
crements A.3.
1 Possible reasons for errors
0 The power supply for the coil's motor drive not switched on
0 The wiring the higher and lower commands inverted
0 The wiring the end switch information missing inverted
0 The connection the potentiometer wrong incomplete
