Fault finding
1) The display shows Optima 250 DESIGN:
Data error:
- No communication between the display and controller.
• The extraction fan defective.
• Discharge grill/roof cover blocked snow and ice
in winter.

No air extraction from wet rooms:
Error:
• Defective fan. The heat coil disconnects the
configured value (90°C) exceeded.
3) The device not running
The device stops:

the button.

No air supply the rooms:
Error:
• Defective fan.
The safety thermostat fitted the electric heatsurface’s
terminal box.
Cold air supply:
Error:
• Counter current heat exchanger blocked snow
and ice.
Error:
• The fuse the terminal board has blown and there
is power the device. The heating coil
can only reactivated with the reset button located on
the terminal box when the temperature below 90°C.
Stopped circulation pump, air heating pipe,
defective thermostat/motor-operated valve, incorrect
configuration control panel.
If the error not one those listed above, please
contact your installer the GENVEX customer centre.
• Electric after-heat surface disconnected from safety
thermostat (only device with electric heat-surface
fitted)

against high temperatures during heat production.
