2) Safety thermostat electric heatsurface
(auxiliary equipment):
The safety thermostat protects the electric heat-surface
against high temperatures during heat production.
The safety thermostat fitted the electric heatsurface’s
terminal box.
Cold air supply:
Error:
• Counter current heat exchanger blocked snow
and ice.
• One the fuses the circuit board has blown.
• The extraction fan defective.
• The outlet not adequately protected against ice.
Error:
• The fuse the terminal board has blown and there
is power the device.

• Fresh air grill blocked with dirt and leaves the
autumn snow and ice the winter. (Only devices with water after-heat fitted).
Version error:
- If the program the display section does not suit the
controller.
• Blocked filter.
• Electric after-heat surface disconnected from safety
thermostat (only device with electric heat-surface
fitted)
• circulation hot water the water after-heat
surface.
3) The device not running
The device stops:
No light the control panel, even when you press on
the button.

Fault finding
1) The display shows Optima 250 DESIGN:
Data error:
- No communication between the display and controller.
• There loose wire and power the device.
4) Error air side
No air supply the rooms:
Error:
• Defective fan.
• water the water trap.
• Blocked filter.
• There wire loose between the device and the
control panel.
Condensation water leaking from the device:
Error:
• Condensation outlet blocked dirt. The heat coil disconnects the
configured value (90°C) exceeded.
- Cable between display and circuit board long. The heating coil
can only reactivated with the reset button located on
the terminal box when the temperature below 90°C.
• The condensation outlet blocked ice.
No air extraction from wet rooms:
Error:
• Defective fan.
• The fuse the control system circuit board has
blown.
• The fuse the control system circuit board has
blown.
• The extraction filter blocked.
- The unit has stoppedthermostat/motor valve, incorrect
setting control panel.
Hold ON-OFF:
- The filters have not been changed within the last days.
Change filter:
- The filters must changed.
Stopped circulation pump, air heating pipe,
defective thermostat/motor-operated valve, incorrect
configuration control panel.
