Du/dt filtering suppresses inverter output voltage
spikes and rapid voltage changes that stress motor
insulation. Additionally, du/dt filtering reduces capaci
tive leakage currents and high frequency emission of
the motor cable well high frequency losses and
bearing currents the motor.
