The integrated terminating resistor must
be switched for the first and the last participant the bus cable (option: 'Terminated'
). The required terminating resistors are automatically enabled (you not have to
check the 'Terminated' option). All other bus participants must set ‘Not terminated’.
Each these interfaces works with 2-wire line 4-wire transmission technology (RS-
485).
ELAN LEFT refers the settings for the left bus
(female multipoint connector terminals b6, b8, b10 and b12 see page 22).
Transmission distances 1000 the use booster require 4-wire transmission tech-
nology.
