In specific terms the employer must:
● provide Health and Safety Policy Statement there are five more
employees such that shown Fig.1;
● display current employers liability insurance certificate required
by the Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969;
● report certain injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences the
enforcing authority (HSE area office see Appendix for address);
● provide adequate first aid facilities (see Tables 1.g
