Airtight membrane for connector
OBO has developed special item connect two or
more airtight cavity wall boxes with connectors: the
lower area, there are two opposing membranes,
which can opened from outside without tools,
thanks tearable strap. From the inside, the membrane can be
opened easily with slotted screwdriver.

Membrane entries made TPE
As clever product detail, the airtight variants the
OBO cavity wall boxes have TPE membrane entries,
allowing toolless insertion cables pipes. Locking lugs also fix the
inserted pipe. This allows
stable, airtight interconnection the cavity wall
boxes, even after installation.61
Combination pipe entries
M20/M25
The standard cavity wall boxes possess combina-
tion entry, which can accept both M20 and M25 elec-
trical installation pipes. This avoids unintentional ope-
ning larger pipe entries. The
TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) seals the cable the
pipe tightly, ensuring airtight installation
