Ring circuits
Ring circuits are very similar radial circuits that each socket outlet is
fed from the previous one, but ring circuits the last socket wired back
to the source supply.
The circuit details are given Appendix the IEE Regulations but may
also expressed the block diagram given Fig.13.5mm2

Block diagram ring circuits. The number permitted socket
outlets unlimited but each ring circuit must not cover more than 100m2
of floor area. Each ring final circuit conductor must looped
into every socket outlet joint box which forms the ring and must elec-
