The type perforation determined above all requirements concer-
ning appearance troughs and their use.
Nosnost
Nosnost žlabů určena několika faktory:
Tloušťka materiálu dána dle typu žlabu
Způsob perforace (EKZS, AKZS)
Vzdálenost podpěr (nosnost viz grafy nosnosti při vzdálenosti
podpěr)
Celkovou nosnost lze tedy ovlivnit vzdáleností podpěr dle grafů zatí-
žení jednotlivých typů žlabů. nabídce jsou dvě možnosti:
EKZS žlaby perforovány celé své délce (viz jednotlivé typy žlabů),
perforace opatřena embosováním, které zvyšuje celkovou pevnost
a nosnost NKS.
Perforace
Druh perforace dán zejména požadavky vzhled, chlazení kabelů
a způsob použití žlabů. Moreover, EKZS are
also designed such way that they enable easy and quick assembly
without any joints (trough ends can inserted into the next trough).
AKZS plný žlab opatřen perforací pouze pro spojení žlabů pro
uchycení PUV. Žlaby EKZS jsou navíc určeny pro snadnou rychlou montáž bez
použití spojky (konec žlabu upraven pro zasunutí dalšího žlabu). Jsou určeny pro snadnou rychlou montáž bez pou-
žití spojky (konec žlabu upraven pro propojení žlabů integrovaná
spojka). Hustota perforace také zjednodušuje montáž, odpadá
příprava děr pro uchycení nosníkům pro vyvedení kabelů žla-
bu.
AKZS type troughs perforated only ends troughs; this ena-
