5. Slip the crimp flange over the conductors and possible inter-
mediate layers and slide underneath the shield mesh and the
cable sheath.10

ca. Fold back the braid over the cable sheath and slide the crimp
ferrule the cable.

Variations cable construction materials may require the
processing following different assembly procedures. Cut off any overlapping braid around the flange. Slide the crimp ferrule forward until contact with the
flange.
Original Inotec crimp flange system
. Keep position and crimp with the indicated
crimp dies. The faces the hexagon should parallel
to the straight sides the crimp flanges (see illustration).
