4 Duties the Employer
The employer obliged provide safe and healthy work conditions the area under his/her
responsibility:
− search for, consider and assess hazards (risks) possible danger workers´ health and
safety, keep them informed, and take proper safety precautions;
− operate machines and equipment complying with Health and Occupational Safety
regulations;
− introduce, maintain and improve protective devices and equipment;
− acquaint workers with the labour law and other regulations governing Health and
Occupational Safety;
− prevent employees from doing activities that are beyond their abilities health
conditions;
− check the quality state health and safety regularly;
− immediately determine and away with causes accidents work;

Caring about the safety, knowledge regulations ensure Health and Occupational Safety is
a permanent and integral part performing work tasks. Employees can refuse to
perform the work, for which there good cause believe could imminently and seriously
threaten their life and health ,or the life and health other physical persons. The employee is
obliged care, according his her capacities, his/her own safety and health and those of
other people namely:
− stick legal and other regulations relating the Health and Occupational Safety, to
principles safe behaviour, and prescribed working procedures with which s/he has been
properly acquainted
