The employee is
obliged care, according his her capacities, his/her own safety and health and those of
other people namely:
− stick legal and other regulations relating the Health and Occupational Safety, to
principles safe behaviour, and prescribed working procedures with which s/he has been
properly acquainted
− use, when working, personal protective working tools and protective equipment

5.4 Duties the Employer
The employer obliged provide safe and healthy work conditions the area under his/her
responsibility:
− search for, consider and assess hazards (risks) possible danger workers´ health and
safety, keep them informed, and take proper safety precautions;
− operate machines and equipment complying with Health and Occupational Safety
regulations;
− introduce, maintain and improve protective devices and equipment;
− acquaint workers with the labour law and other regulations governing Health and
Occupational Safety;
− prevent employees from doing activities that are beyond their abilities health
conditions;
− check the quality state health and safety regularly;
− immediately determine and away with causes accidents work;
− check the quality state health and safety the premises least once year.
− managers and respective heads all levels are responsible for performing Health and
Occupational Safety tasks the employer.1.

Anyone breaking the law will held responsible for any caused damage.1.
