Please note that the gate wires have a
new connection position -
See colour marking Fig. Mount the new PCB. New PCB rev later
PS make sure that you are placing the jumper for supply voltage the
correct position, 110 120V 220 240V. Older PCB with connectors.
This chapter valid replacing broken with newer revision (rev later) PCB. Mount the front cover.Start here if
Replacing PCB marked Rev revision (Not valid for 690V).
7. Remove the front cover. Disconnect the voltage from terminals 1L1,
3L2 and 5L3 (main supply). Mount the cable the PCB from the
thyristors, fans and thermal switch.

Fig. Discharge the tools and yourself by
touching earth (if you are not earthed).

These PCB have white colored connectors (see Fig.. Disconnect the cable the PCB from the
thyristors, fans and thermal switch. Connect the voltage and the other cable.
