Disconnect the voltage from terminals 1L1,
3L2 and 5L3 (main supply).

Also make sure that you have connected the cables from the thyristors
in the correct position differ from the old PCB DS

Replacing PCB marked Rev revision (Not valid for 690V).
10. Disconnect the cable the PCB from the
thyristors, fans and thermal switch.

Please note that the gate wires have a
new connection position -
See colour marking Fig. Disconnect all cables from the terminals to. Please note that
the gate cable connections are different the new PCB, Check this following the cable colors figure 6
below.
This chapter valid replacing broken with newer revision (rev later) PCB. Remove the front cover.

4. New PCB rev later
PS make sure that you are placing the jumper for supply voltage the
correct position, 110 120V 220 240V.. Mount the cable the PCB from the
thyristors, fans and thermal switch.
13. Discharge the tools and yourself by
touching earth (if you are not earthed). Remove the old PCB.
