9. Mount the new PCB. Discharge the tools and yourself by
touching earth (if you are not earthed). Mount the front cover. Disconnect the voltage from terminals 1L1
3L2 and 5L3 (main supply).Start here if
Replacing older PCB marked Rev older (for 690V Rev older). Please note that the gate wires are connected differently the new PCB.
This chapter valid replacing the broken PCB with the newest revision (rev later) PCB.
Mount also the connector for Supply
Voltage. Cut the old wires, and exchange the
terminals for the gate wires, fan wires, and
thermal switch the new ones included in
the package.

thyristors, fans and thermal switch. Remove the old PCB.

1. Remove the front cover. Please note that the gate wires
have new connection position -

These PCB have tabs (see Fig connectors for the gate wires and other internal connections. Then all the
internal cable connectors have converted fit the new PCB.
PS make sure that you are placing the jumper for supply voltage the
correct position, 110 120V 220 240V
