Discharge the package with the new PCB
by moving earth. Discharge the tools and yourself by
touching earth (if you are not earthed).

2. Disconnect the cable the PCB from the
thyristors, fans and thermal switch.
8. Disconnect the voltage from terminals 1L1
3L2 and 5L3 (main supply).
1. Remove the front cover. Mount the cable the PCB from the
thyristors, fans and thermal switch.

PS make sure that you are placing the jumper for supply voltage the
correct position, 110 120V 220 240V. Mount the new PCB.
This chapter valid replacing the broken PCB with the newest revision (rev later) PCB. Disconnect all cables from the terminals 1

correct DS

6. Connect the voltage and the other cable.
Step step. Mount the front cover. Please note that the gate wires are connected differently the new PCB. Please note that the gate wires
have new connection position -

These PCB have tabs (see Fig connectors for the gate wires and other internal connections.
Mount also the connector for Supply
Voltage.
4. New PCB rev I
or later. Remove the old PCB.
7. The needed connectors are enclosed
in the new PCB package. Cut the old wires, and exchange the
terminals for the gate wires, fan wires, and
thermal switch the new ones included in
the package.
11.Start here if
Replacing older PCB marked Rev older (for 690V Rev older).

internal cable connectors have converted fit the new PCB
