Change the default address 248 the softstarter with the keypad (Fieldb Addr)

Softstarter settings
1. Set the communication parameters. The baud rate mapped the slave address, e.).
After the configuration the softstarter will regular Modbus slave (LED off) and will
respond the polling telegrams the master. Therefore the master and the slave will have the communication parameters:
1 start bit, stop bit, data bit, even parity, 19200 baud
