Baud Rate Configuration
The baud rate determined the positions DIP switches and SW1.

Turn the following switches:
- Bit 7.
If the address the address taken from the configuration, which intended for
use with HWg Perseus.
Each switch corresponds specific binary weight (decimal value) shown below:
