The following aspects have taken into account for the
illumination squares and parks, buildings and facades:

targeted illumination the areas visualised,
both horizontal and vertical

through different brightness levels and shades

balanced brightness distribution

avoidance strong dark-light contrasts

limitation the glare effect for residents and passers-by

choose matching light colour and colour rendering

no unused stray light

when illuminating horizontal areas:
no light emission the upper half the room
