Cut the cable sheath radially approximately from one end and the mark the required length (scratch the corrugated steel tape!) Break the steel tape those points with care. Remove the short end attaching longitudinal cut.
Heat the cable-end with gas burner with industrie-dryer. Grip the ripcord with screwdriver.
Lay open the ripcords.
