Heat the cable-end with gas burner with industrie-dryer. Grip the ripcord with screwdriver.
Remove the cable sheath and the strain-bearing elements.

Grip the ripcord and pull them the required length. Cut back the sheath, glass armouring, ripcords and the strenght members. Heat the cable sheath wich you will remove. Remove the worm cable-end.
