The inrush current limiter limits the lamp inrush current problem loads such as
energy-saving lamps (this per lamp for the Osram Dulux EL),
compact fluorescent lamps and fluorescent lamps with electronic ballast
(up per lamp) level that can carried mechanical switch
contact (relay). The lamps incorporated into
the socket have the following meanings:
Green lamp lit: mains voltage present
Red lamp lit (buzzer sounds): the thermal cut-out has tripped, the overvoltage
protection function longer operational.
