There are different instructions depending both type and size of
softstarters.
An analysis the test result from all three phases will show you have shorted ,
thyristor not.When ready you will have six
different values.
Mark the cables from the thyristors with L1, and L3. When
identified shorted has replaced with new one.
Disconnect these six sets cables form the HV-board. Look for values, which are not line with the majority the thyristors, 2T1
showing lower value.
If you need change thyristor thyristor block, please look the separate instructions for
changing thyristors.Discharge the tools and yourselfby touching earth (ifyou
are not earthed). guide for good thyristor when the value above 1Mohm.
Set the megger 500V. are position, properly
connected (they may slide off during handling the plastic top).
Then you are Ready for start!!

Please also check that all other cables, for the temperature sensor, fans etc.
