Set the megger 500V.Discharge the tools and yourselfby touching earth (ifyou
are not earthed).
Mark the cables from the thyristors with L1, and L3.
Disconnect these six sets cables form the HV-board. Note the result
Repeat the tests the two remaining phases between Figure B
3L2 4T2 and 5L3 6T3.When ready you will have six
different values.
Please also check that all other cables, for the temperature sensor, fans etc. guide for good thyristor when the value above 1Mohm.
An analysis the test result from all three phases will show you have shorted ,
thyristor not.

Change the connection according figure and repeat the
measurement.
When ready, please make sure that you reconnected the gate cables the same position before. are position, properly
connected (they may slide off during handling the plastic top).

changing thyristors.
