Lakeside Avenue. Edison’s naps were well known; had the ability to

in the April 1889 issue Cosmopolitan Magazine depicts desk identical that
known today Edison’s desk except for alteration the cubicle arrangement. 1915, these south windows were fitted with individual
shades. the early 1900s, least one other rolltop desk was
photographed the library.

The alcoves contained desks and work tables, but desks and tables were also used
in the center the library for office work.Patterned plush curtains were used for short time the early 1900s separate
alcoves from the central area the library, but this the only time that curtains
appear have been used the room.
A 1905 image alcove shows saucer-shaped overhead fixture with white or
light-colored interior, fitted with two bulbs.

A glass positive transparency the Hammer lamp collection wooden frame
