Disconnect the cables the HV-Board from
the thyristors and fans. the cables from the current transformers not
are marked, mark them with and 3. Disconnect the cables from terminals 1L1,
3L2, and 5L3 (main voltage). Discharge the tools and yourselfby touching
earth (if you are not earthed).
3. Remove the old HV-Board.

6. Disconnect all cables from the terminals 1to
20, external keypad, “Analogue Out/PTC”
sensor and the Fieldbus plug.

connector between HV-Board and LV-
Board.

the thermal switch and current transformers.
If the Softstarter shall upgrade Torque
Control step 9. Before disconnecting the cables mark them. Remove the front cover (four screws).
