10. Don’t lose the
connector between HV-Board and LV-
Board. Discharge the tools and yourselfby touching
earth (if you are not earthed). Remove the old HV-Board.
8. Disconnect all cables from the terminals 1to
20, external keypad, “Analogue Out/PTC”
sensor and the Fieldbus plug.
Disconnect the cables the LV-Board from
the thermal switch and current transformers. Before disconnecting the cables mark them.

Disconnect the cables the HV-Board from
the thyristors and fans.
4. Remove the five screws. Remove the six screws. Remove the front cover (four screws).
