Remove the five screws. Remove the front cover (four screws).
5. Remove the old HV-Board.
Disconnect the cables the HV-Board from
the thyristors and fans.

If the Softstarter shall upgrade Torque
Control step 9. Disconnect all cables from the terminals 1to
20, external keypad, “Analogue Out/PTC”
sensor and the Fieldbus plug.
If only the HV-Board will changed to
step 21.
Disconnect the cables the LV-Board from
the thermal switch and current transformers. Before disconnecting the cables mark them.

connector between HV-Board and LV-
Board. Discharge the tools and yourselfby touching
