2.Step step
1.
Disconnect the cables the HV-Board from
the thyristors and fans.
If only the HV-Board will changed to
step 21. the cables from the thyristors not are
marked, mark them with and 3. Remove the front cover (four screws). Before disconnecting the cables mark them.
5. Don’t lose the
connector between HV-Board and LV-
Board. Discharge the tools and yourselfby touching
earth (if you are not earthed).

If the Softstarter shall upgrade Torque
Control step 9.

6. Disconnect all cables from the terminals 1to
20, external keypad, “Analogue Out/PTC”
sensor and the Fieldbus plug. Remove the six screws. the cables from the current transformers not
are marked, mark them with and 3. Remove the old HV-Board.

7. Disconnect the cables from terminals 1L1,
3L2, and 5L3 (main voltage).
Disconnect the cables the LV-Board from
the thermal switch and current transformers.
