Remove the five screws. Before disconnecting the cables mark them.

10. Don’t lose the
connector between HV-Board and LV-
Board. Disconnect the cables from terminals 1L1,
3L2, and 5L3 (main voltage).
Disconnect the cables the HV-Board from
the thyristors and fans. Disconnect all cables from the terminals 1to
20, external keypad, “Analogue Out/PTC”
sensor and the Fieldbus plug.

If the Softstarter shall upgrade Torque
Control step 9. Remove the six screws.

earth (if you are not earthed).

are marked, mark them with and 3.

Disconnect the cables the LV-Board from
the thermal switch and current transformers. Remove the old HV-Board.
