Do not apply test voltage before the test object connected.Check that the circuit board and fan voltages correspond with the manufacturing
specification and the rated marking plate.
Test between the phase and earth: 2,7 during 1s.
• Visual check the completed product.
• Programming.
• Test stamp green area label right hand side the softstarter.
The test voltage may not connected until the test object connected.
• Function test the keypad and display. The number
combination the stamp stands for ”year” and ’’calendar week” production and
testing.
• Voltage test control circuit, 1,0 during 1s.
Delivery
• Each completed and tested softstarter delivered with installation maintenance manual. Also check that indication correct the
unit.
Test between the phases: 1,4 during 1s.
Between connection block 1,2,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20 and earth.
• Function test start ramp and stop ramp.
• Voltage test main circuit:
