Delivery
• Each completed and tested softstarter delivered with installation maintenance manual.
Do not apply test voltage before the test object connected.
Test between the phase and earth: 2,7 during 1s.
• Function test the keypad and display.
The test voltage may not connected until the test object connected.Check that the circuit board and fan voltages correspond with the manufacturing
specification and the rated marking plate.
• Visual check the completed product.
• Test stamp green area label right hand side the softstarter.
Test between the phases: 1,4 during 1s.
• Voltage test control circuit, 1,0 during 1s.
• Test by-pass function, and that indication the unit correct.
• Function test start ramp and stop ramp. Also check that indication correct the
unit.
Between connection block 1,2,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20 and earth.
