When ready, please make sure that you reconnected the gate cables the same position before.
Please also check that all other cables, for the temperature sensor, fans etc.
Set the megger 500V. are position, properly
connected (they may slide off during handling the plastic top).
Then you are Ready for start!!

Change the connection according figure and repeat the
measurement.
Mound the plastic top back position and finally, reconnect all control cables and the main cables. When
identified shorted has replaced with new one.
If you need change thyristor thyristor block, please look the separate instructions for
changing thyristors.When ready you will have six
different values.
Connect the megger the main terminals the softstarter
1L1 and 2T1 according figure Note the result. Look for values, which are not line with the majority the thyristors, 2T1
showing lower value.
Mark the cables from the thyristors with L1, and L3.
Disconnect these six sets cables form the HV-board.
An analysis the test result from all three phases will show you have shorted ,
thyristor not. guide for good thyristor when the value above 1Mohm. There are different instructions depending both type and size of
softstarters.Discharge the tools and yourselfby touching earth (ifyou
are not earthed). Note the result
