Place the semiconductor the right direction. Smooth the
oil lightly over the whole surface using
lint-free paper.

• Drip couple drops silicone oil on
the cleaned contact surfaces, avoid
getting oil the guide hole.
• Lubricate directly after
polishing/cleaning, within minutes. Mount the guide pins the bottom heatsink. Rem ove the faulty thyristors. Preparation heat sink and semiconductor. Then wipe the surface
in order get very thin layer oil.
• Use well moistened lint-free paper.
