• Clean all polished contact surfaces
carefully with Ethanol.
• Use well moistened lint-free paper.

• Drip couple drops silicone oil on
the cleaned contact surfaces, avoid
getting oil the guide hole. Check the semiconductor's symbol and type
specification.
The contact surfaces must dry before
lubrication. Then wipe the surface
in order get very thin layer oil.
Place the semiconductor the right direction.
• Lubricate directly after
polishing/cleaning, within minutes. Smooth the
oil lightly over the whole surface using
lint-free paper
