specification.

• Drip couple drops silicone oil on
the cleaned contact surfaces, avoid
getting oil the guide hole.
The contact surfaces must dry before
lubrication. Preparation heat sink and semiconductor.
12. Mount the guide pins the bottom heatsink.

carefully with Ethanol.
• Use well moistened lint-free paper.

oil lightly over the whole surface using
lint-free paper.
• Lubricate directly after
polishing/cleaning, within minutes.10. Then wipe the surface
in order get very thin layer oil. Connect the gate cables.
