-. Rem ove the faulty thyristors. Then wipe the surface
in order get very thin layer oil.
The contact surfaces must dry before
lubrication.
• Clean all polished contact surfaces
carefully with Ethanol. Preparation heat sink and semiconductor.
• Drip couple drops silicone oil on
the cleaned contact surfaces, avoid
getting oil the guide hole. Smooth the
oil lightly over the whole surface using
lint-free paper.
11. Connect the gate cables. Check the semiconductor's symbol and type
specification.
