RELAYS Panasonic

| Kategorie: Katalog  | Tento dokument chci!

Panasonic is part of a large worldwide groupselling relays and associated switching products under different brand names in different territories. The conditions of use in some territories may differ from those customary in Europe. In particular there are often major differences in regard to national and international specifications, such as UL, CSA, VDE, SEV, EVE, SEMKO, etc. Thus, when considering contact loads as stated in this catalogue (e.g. 10 A, 30 VDC for the SP relay) its hould be understood that these values are not necessarily an absolute maximum but tested ratings. Mostly the stated value has been tested for a certain life expectancy as stated by the manufacturer or the respective test house. Thus, under different conditions, the stated “maximum” may, in practice, be safely exceeded.

21. The rated control capacity and life are given general guides. For Cautions for Use, see Relay Technical Information (page 610). 14. The warranted tensile strength of the female connector lead wire used for connection that comes with the 80A and 300A connector type when attaching the relay body 98N. You must absolutely avoid continual use which the load current exceeds the rated value. Place the board mount type (10A board type) securely hand soldering after attaching using M4 screw. 18. Lead-free solder (tin, silver and copper) used pre-solder for the terminals the board mount type (10A board type). Incorrect wiring may cause unexpected malfunction and failure. If you are using inductive load (L load) such that L/R ms, add surge protection parallel with the inductive load. 1 : # s 2 : # s t , f ) H a L ; 1 2 2 2 C ; 1 2 8 2 2 2 3 2 15. T s a e c + t l c d t e a e s . The power supply waveform supplied the coil should be rectangular. Don't submerge assembled board cleaning solvent water. Also, unstable conductivity and abnormal terminal heating may occur; therefore, please check that there is no deformation foreign objects on the faston terminals (blade receptacle) you will connecting. 11. 9. Exceeding maximum allowable coil voltage continuous basis will damage the relay and could case failure. This causes the pick-up voltage rise, and possibly exceed the rated pick-up voltage. Condensation will occur during sudden temperature changes hot and humid environments. Also, the 300A type has built-in dedicated drive circuit. Also, careful not let flux overflow up from the board adhere the base the relay. Make sure the power turned off when wiring. I s o t p r c f l . 13. this not done, the electrical life will decrease and cut-off failure may occur.EP 6. the case cut-off, please note the contact polarity. 20. 16. includes ripple, the ripple factor should less than 5%. these circumstances, take measures such reducing the load current, limiting the duration of current flow, and applying coil voltage higher than the rated operating voltage. Please contact for more information. Also, insert the female connector deeply and make sure the connection is secure. not disassemble the relay. Use 70N 80N force as guide fasten the terminal connected the 10A and 20A TM types. 10. R g c s • W • F • s 17. This will cause abnormal heating. Main contact ratings the ratings apply when there resistive load. Please note that disassembling the relay will invalidate the warranty. Pure current should applied to the coil. 354 ds_61C01_en_ep: 060313J . the power turned off and then immediately after applying the rated voltage (current) continuously to the relay's coil and contact, the resistance the coil will increase due to rise the coil temperature. Please use caution when inserting removing the terminal as the relay tab terminal may cause injuly. 19. Regarding cutoff, although there contact polarity, generally it thought that the electrical life will shorten due cutoff the reverse direction, compared cutoff. Confirm electrical life using actual load. 7. Avoid excessive tension this a cause broken wires and damage. It may not operate normally unless the rise time less. Caution is required, because condensation will cause decrease the insulation resistance between the terminals. 22. Don't exceed maximum coil voltage. Use JIS C2809 (or IEC60760) certified products. you will using with load voltage that exceeds 400 DC, please be sure verify operation the actual device, referring the switching life curves (reference data). In order prevent contact welding when using capacitive load load) such capacitor load, please make the inrush current setting more than two times that the nominal current. careful that foreign matter and oils and fats kind don't stick the main terminal parts because likely to cause terminal parts give off unusual heat. 8. However, check the actual circuit since the characteristics may be slightly different. Also, please use the following materials for connected harnesses and bus bars. Permeation life internal gas T d c . 12
