V průběhu uplynulých 150ti let prošla elektrotechnika mohutným dynamickým rozvojem. Ten byl umožněn jen díky intenzivnímu odhalování přírodních zákonů a jejich aplikacím při řešení elektrotechnických projektů. Nejrůznější vědecké a technické objevy učinily náš život pohodlnějším a příjemnějším. Vědění a objevování mohou učinit náš život šťastnějším.
