2. circuit breaker looks something like toggle switch, with
a handle that lets used just like switch turn power and off. breaker trips
because overload, most brands you must force the handle beyond the OFF
position, then return ON, reset it. some brands however, the handle
merely goes the OFF position; reset returning the position. Correct, but first
find out why the fuse blew.
