When fuse blows breaker
trips again, you'll know you've found
offending appliance.

charred wire insulation and faulty connections.

probably defective and should replaced
or repaired. Then

If fuse blows right away, pull out fuse make sure
circuit breaker OFF. Remove each faceplate and
inspect device and wiring.
Replace faulty fixture switch.
When turning wall switch causes fuse blow
or breaker trip, short fixture outlet

new fuse reset breaker.
If new fuse doesn't blow breaker
doesn't trip right away, turn each wall
switch, one one, until fuse blows or
circuit breaker trips. Replace defective

dead circuit. Then install new fuse
or reset breaker. Look for charred wire
insulation, wire shorted against back metal box,
or device literally falling apart. Then install new fuse or
reset tripped breaker.
Note: none the above solves the problem and your fuse breaker
