3.2 Screw Locking
Housings exposed very harsh environmental conditions are equipped with
screw locking, increase the safety the connection. The stresses here can
vary, for example:
- severe vibrations and shocks
- effects liquids when housing under pressure submerged
- strain the cable the hood
- vandalism
Housings with screw locking usually handle these factors quite well. virtually
impossible sever the connection unintentionally without authorisation.44
