All Han® and Han® HARTING connector housings comply with
this standard. Compliance with these standards ensures that housings the
same design from various manufacturers are compatible. They were given the brand
name “Han” which acronym for Harting Norm [Harting standard]), e.5.g. Square housings
are also known ‘Design A’.
