Disconnect the cables the HV-Board from
the thyristors and fans. Remove the old HV-Board. the cables from the current transformers not
are marked, mark them with and 3.
Disconnect the cables the LV-Board from
the thermal switch and current transformers.

If the Softstarter shall upgrade Torque
Control step 9.
8. Don’t lose the
connector between HV-Board and LV-
Board. Remove the six screws. Remove the five screws.

5. Disconnect the cables from terminals 1L1,
3L2, and 5L3 (main voltage).

step 21. Disconnect all cables from the terminals 1to
20, external keypad, “Analogue Out/PTC”
sensor and the Fieldbus plug. Remove the front cover (four screws). the cables from the thyristors not are
