Cut the old wires, and exchange the
terminals for the gate wires, fan wires, and
thermal switch the new ones included in
the package. Mount the front cover. Then all the
internal cable connectors have converted fit the new PCB. Discharge the tools and yourself by
touching earth (if you are not earthed).
PS make sure that you are placing the jumper for supply voltage the
correct position, 110 120V 220 240V.
2. Disconnect the voltage from terminals 1L1
3L2 and 5L3 (main supply).
6. Please note that the gate wires
have new connection position -

These PCB have tabs (see Fig connectors for the gate wires and other internal connections.

Make also sure that you have connect the cable from the thyristors
correct DS

Mount also the connector for Supply
Voltage. Discharge the package with the new PCB
by moving earth. Remove the old PCB. Mount the cable the PCB from the
thyristors, fans and thermal switch.
