Currently ULVAC has developed new generation ma
chinery called Entron, which the successor the Day
tona machine type. Their cus
tomers are global manufacturers semiconductors and
electronic equipment. The Han® 3A’s size and its locking system,
not requiring any room for twisting lock, led ULVAC to
decide use Han® connectors
